Evans, though, appears to be putting off potential suitors as he is unwilling to write off the debt owed to him, which is thought to be around 100million.The businessman has been unable to get Ipswich Town back into the Premier League and the club are now in their 17th consecutive season in the second tier.Evans bought an 87.5 per cent controlling stake in the club back in December 2007 and took over as chairman from David Sheepshanks a year-and-a-half later.
