So he’s got that to deal with.“It’s probably going to take two three transfer windows before he gets a team that’s him.” Whilst admitting that Arsenal are not quite where they should at the moment, Campbell insisted Emery must inspire them to perform well even if it isn’t his desired squad.He said:“He’s got to inspire the players, even though they’re probably not the players he would like. But that’s football and you have get on with it.“He’s done a really good job, he’s stable, they’ve won games. They’re not where they could be but under all the pressure he’s done really well.”Campbell has had a solid start in his post at Macclesfield – he has won four of his opening 11 matches and steered them clear of the bottom spot in League Two.
