Manchester United news: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer registers incredible ‘first’ thanks to victory over Reading
Manchester United continued their brilliant start to life under interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Saturday with a 2-0 win against Reading in the FA Cup third round.The result means the Norwegian has now won all five of his matches in charge at Old Trafford following the sacking of Jose Mourinho to give him an incredible first.1

Thanks to the margin of victory against the Royals, Solskjaer has become the first top-flight manager since 1888 – the league’s debut campaign – to not only win all five of his first matches in charge but win them by at least two goals.

Solskjaer may have to go some if he is to make it six on the trot though as they face Tottenham Hotspur next at Wembley on Sunday in the Premier League.
