Mike Dean had no intention of hiding his elation as Tranmere were promoted to League One on Saturday.The Premier League referee, a lifelong fan of the Rovers, was seen celebrating in the standsonce again, after previously being spotted during the semi-final against Forest Green.At Wembley, Connor Jennings scored in the final 90 seconds of extra time to earn Tranmere a 1-0 victory against ten-man Newport.The final was heading to penalties after a scrappy game of few chances, but Jennings headed home to break the deadlock and send Rovers back to the third tier for the first time since 2014.With the Premier League season over, Dean was able to enjoy his day out as his side secured back-to-back promotions.You can see footage of the referee celebrating above.
